Delete your account and data
You can permanently delete your Precision ClientCore account and everything associated with it at any time, directly from the app. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Delete from within the app
- 1Open the ClientCore app and go to Settings.
- 2Under Danger Zone, tap Delete Account.
- 3Confirm when prompted. Your account and its data are erased immediately and permanently.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently erase:
- Your account and profile — name, email address, phone number, and organization
- Every client record you created
- All service subscriptions, including their pricing, billing, and renewal history
- Notification history and any registered device push tokens
What we may retain
Deletion is permanent and there is no recovery period. We retain information only where we are required to by law — for example, limited records needed to meet tax or accounting obligations — and only for as long as the law requires.
Can't sign in?
If you no longer have access to the app, you can still request deletion. Email us at info@precisioninfotech.com from the address on the account, including your account email and organization name so we can verify the request. We will confirm your ownership and permanently erase your data within 30 days.
Email a deletion request
