Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Precision ClientCore (the "Service"), operated by Precision Info Tech Limited. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

The Service is a platform that helps service businesses manage client records, service subscriptions, renewals, and reminders. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Upload data you do not have the right to store or process.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited or unlawful messages.

Your data and content

You retain ownership of the client records, subscription data, and other content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process Your Content in order to provide the Service.

You are responsible for Your Content, including having a lawful basis to store any personal information it contains about your own customers and for honoring their rights.

Subscriptions and billing

Some plans are offered on a paid subscription basis. Where you purchase a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees for the billing period you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give notice of material changes to pricing.

Notifications

The Service may send you transactional messages, including renewal reminders, by email, SMS, or push notification. You can manage push notifications from your device or the app's settings. Some account and service messages are necessary to operate the Service and cannot be turned off while you maintain an account.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content we provide, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal liability. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
