Who we are

Precision ClientCore ("we", "us", or "our") provides a platform for service businesses to manage client records, service subscriptions, renewals, and reminders. This policy explains what personal information we handle and the choices you have. It applies to our web application and mobile apps.

The service is operated by Precision Info Tech Limited.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly and a limited amount of technical information needed to run the service.

• Account information — your name, email address, phone number, and organization name, provided when you register.
• Authentication data — your password, which is stored only as a salted hash and is never visible to us or retained in plain text.
• Business content — the client and subscription records you create, including client names, contact details, service details, plan pricing, and renewal dates.
• Notification tokens — if you enable push notifications, a device push token so we can deliver renewal alerts to your device. This is collected only after you opt in.
• Technical and log data — basic information such as request timestamps and error diagnostics generated when you use the service.

How we use your information

• To provide and operate the service — authenticating you, storing your records, and delivering renewal reminders.
• To send transactional messages such as renewal reminders by email, SMS, or push notification.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse, and diagnose problems.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Business content and your responsibilities

The client records you enter may contain personal information about your own customers. You are the controller of that information and are responsible for having a lawful basis to store it and for honoring your customers' rights. We process it on your behalf solely to provide the service to you.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the platform, and only to the extent needed for them to perform their function:

• Cloud hosting and database infrastructure that stores the service data.
• Email and SMS delivery providers used to send reminders.
• The Expo push notification service, used to deliver push notifications to your devices.
• Authorities or third parties where we are legally required to disclose information.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we permanently erase your account and its associated data, including your client and subscription records, except where we are required to retain limited information to meet legal obligations.

How we protect your information

• All traffic between the apps and our servers is encrypted in transit over HTTPS.
• Passwords are stored only as salted hashes.
• On mobile devices, your session tokens are stored in the operating system's secure keychain rather than in plain storage.

Your rights and choices

You can access and update your account information from within the app at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

• Access and correction — view and edit your profile and records in the app.
• Notifications — turn push notifications on or off from your device settings or the app's settings screen.
• Deletion — see the section below.

Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings in the mobile app, under the Delete Account option. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

If you are unable to access the app, you can request deletion by email at info@precisioninfotech.com from the address on the account. We will verify the request and erase your data within 30 days. Full instructions are at /delete-account.

Children's privacy

The service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where it is transferred, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in accordance with this policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
